When is the annual report for my LLC due in Florida?
How do I file my annual report?
Alternatively, you can go to the Florida Secretary of State website at Sunbiz.org to file on your own, or if you don't want to deal with that hassle yourself you can click to use Taft Street to file your annual report.
Yes! If you need to change addresses, add or remove members, or change your registered agent, the time to do so is when you file your annual report. If you make changes after your annual report is filed, you will incur additional fees.
Can I make changes to my LLC when I file my annual report?
If I filed my LLC in December, do I have to file my annual report in the following year?
Yes, unfortunately. You will always need to file an annual report in the year following the year you originally filed. So if you filed any time in 2017, including December, you still need to file an annual report in 2018.
How much does it cost to file an annual report in Florida?
To file an annual report for a Florida LLC there is a $138.75 fee from the state. We charge $50 to file your annual report with no changes if you currently use us as a Registered Agent. If you are not using us as a registered agent, you can switch to us and we will file your annual report at the same time we make the switch if you have not already filed for this calendar year.
